8. International handling
Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, MEDUMOND should ensure an appropriate safeguard or lawful transfer mechanism is in place.

3. Cookie categories
Cookies may include essential cookies necessary for core site functions, analytics or performance cookies, and third-party cookies connected to embedded systems or scheduling tools.

Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
To define the general legal terms governing website use and participation in MEDUMOND services.
2. Scope
Applies to website visitors, enquirers, learners, organisations, and other users of MEDUMOND services.
3. Website rules
Users must not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape restricted material, copy protected content, or submit false information.
4. Programme changes
MEDUMOND may update schedules, faculty arrangements, access methods, or content where reasonably necessary.
5. Booking and payment
Places remain subject to confirmation, availability, administrative requirements, and payment terms where applicable.
6. Certificates
Certification is conditional on attendance, completion, and assessment requirements being met.
7. Intellectual property
All materials remain the property of MEDUMOND unless a written licence states otherwise. Access is a personal, non-transferable licence. See the Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.
8. Clinical and professional limits
Programmes are educational and do not create legal fluency, a licence to practise, employment rights, or regulatory recognition.
9. Liability
Clinical decisions remain with the treating clinician and employing organisation. MEDUMOND excludes indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Acceptance
When you tick the agreement box on a MEDUMOND form or at checkout, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice. We keep a record of the date of your agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose
This policy explains how you can cancel, defer or reschedule your MEDUMOND booking, and when refunds apply.
2. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you book online as an individual, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. If you ask for immediate access to the recorded content and confirm at checkout that you understand you will lose this right, the right to cancel ends as soon as you first access the recorded content.
3. When the programme starts
Your programme is treated as started when you first access the recorded content or attend your first live session, whichever comes first.
4. Individual bookings
- Cancel before your programme starts: full refund.
- Cancel after your programme starts: no refund.
5. How to cancel
Email contact@medumond.com with your full name and booking details. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming your cancellation.
6. Access period and deferrals
Every booking includes 6 months of access from the date of purchase. You may defer or pause your programme at any time within these 6 months at the price you paid. When the 6 months end, your booking closes automatically, and any new booking is charged at the price in effect at that time.
7. Live sessions
- Each pathway includes two live sessions (2 hours in total).
- If you cannot attend a live session, please let your instructor or contact@medumond.com know in advance.
- You can rebook through our online booking calendar, subject to availability.
- Both live sessions are part of your assessment, so you must complete both to receive your certificate and CPD points.
8. Group bookings (groups of four)
- The group price applies only when all four places are booked and paid together. The programme is delivered to the group as a whole.
- If one member cancels before anyone in the group has started the programme, the group may:
- replace them with another clinician at no cost; or
- continue as three, with each remaining member paying the difference to the individual price; or
- cancel the whole booking, with a full refund to all four members.
- Once any member of the group has started the programme, no refunds are given to any member of the group.
9. Founding cohort pricing
Founding prices apply to bookings paid before the offer closes. They cannot be applied to bookings made after the offer ends.
10. If MEDUMOND cancels
If MEDUMOND cancels or cannot deliver a live session, we will offer you another date. If you prefer, we will give you a full refund for the part that was not delivered.
11. Organisational bookings
For hospitals and organisations, cancellation and rebooking terms are set out in the signed agreement for each cohort.
12. Questions and complaints
Contact contact@medumond.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, see our Complaints Procedure.

4. Scope limits
Examples, phrases, scripts, and case discussions are illustrative and must be adapted to local policy and the learner's competence.

- suspend or end your access immediately, without refund;
